RMS Submarine Differentiators Provide First Year Success
RMS Submarine, a resource solutions company, is proud to announce that 2013 surpassed its initial expectations following the companies rebranding and additional portfolio of support services. The addition to its management team, namely Arron Burrows and Perry Balls, has resulted in a significant increase in revenue coupled with a move into its new operations office, based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, UK.
RMS provides personnel, consultancy and resourcing solutions for the global offshore cable, renewables, survey, marine geosciences, ROV, IMR, construction support and subsea inspection markets.
RMS’s differentiators are key to the company’s current and future success. Unlike the increasing number of offshore personnel agencies, who have appeared in the last few years to service the expanding global offshore renewables arena in particular, RMS have deliberately distanced themselves from the agency ‘label’ and struck out on a focused resourcing solutions path. Whilst this includes extensive and specialised personnel solutions, it also packages this with back office technical support, consultancy and key equipment/ asset resource solutions which meets the broad and varied demands of our client base. RMS recognised the changing dynamics and overheads costs of many companies to requiring a more expansive external viewpoint on resourcing from the traditional in-house long standing liaisons approach.
With 60 years+ experience in the offshore sector, the new management team offer a wholly personalised service to our personnel and clients, providing a hands-on perspective that comes from having been at the coal-face numerous times. As a result, our personnel and clients can co-relate and en-trust. RMS’s ethos is one of – “We work on behalf of our consultants and to the key success of our client’s projects and needs.”
RMS specialise in sourcing and providing high quality, trusted personnel who have worked with, or for RMS Directors in the past. Consequently, when tasked with providing either individuals or teams for survey, ROV, deck, tower/platform cable pull in’s etc. we have both the expertise and experience to provide competent, balanced, ethical, HSE focused team solutions.
RMS can boast an extensive range of personnel from client reps, project managers, geophysicist’s and surveyors to foreman/ riggers, cable testers/ jointers, subsea inspection coordinators and ROV personnel, amongst many other disciplines.
RMS recognises IMCA and its QHSE & competency publications, as well as being an active member of EEEGR and the Hydrographic Society.
